Carol’s job is to do whatever helps others flourish in their ministries.  She likes getting to be partners with everyone, encouraging and supporting people in their roles, and doing good things with words.  Carol is blessed to be part of the Smith Family with her husband Toby and their four children.  During her many years of homeschooling those kids, she discovered seminary, and though she graduated years ago, she can’t seem to stop studying.  She’s a student of the languages of the Bible and loves the Old Testament and how it gives fullness and depth to God’s story.
